The sacking of a journalist who wrote about corporate columns invading traditional media and my censored corporate article canned by a coompany media unit. What do you prefer? Product journalism from traditional media? Marketing articles from Corporate Media or Process journalism from social media? How does the censorship promotional nature of corporate owned media sit with the impartial articles from broadcast media and the passionate opinions of social media? |

How will social media change democracy? Do we need representational democracy (voting in a mediator) or can we run a direct democracy on Government-as-a-platform. Given that the biggest issues that faced Australia's prime ministerial battle was lack of communication from Government AND Media, should social media be utilised more? For oversease subscribers, this morning Australia's Prime Minister faced a battle against her ex Prime Minister for leadership. |
